Warranty claims

Contact us with the order reference, product model, serial number and a detailed description of the issue. Do not return equipment until written instructions are provided.

Exclusions

Warranty does not cover misuse, incorrect installation, unauthorized repair, improper storage, normal wear, accident or operation outside the manufacturer’s specifications.
