Shipping quotations

Shipping methods, costs and estimated dispatch dates are confirmed in the quotation or order confirmation. We ship to many international destinations, subject to carrier and trade restrictions.

Lead times

Lead times vary by product and availability. When an item requires sourcing or preparation, an estimated lead time of approximately 30 days may apply unless otherwise stated in writing.

Tracking and delivery

Tracking information is provided when available. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carriers, customs, weather or other circumstances outside our control.
