Return authorization

Contact Zoratool before returning any product. Returns sent without written authorization may be refused.

Eligibility

Eligibility depends on the product condition, manufacturer restrictions and the terms stated in the quotation. Custom, configured, used, surplus or final-sale products may not be returnable.

Damaged or incorrect items

Inspect deliveries promptly. Notify us as soon as possible if an item arrives damaged or differs from the confirmed order, and retain all packaging and shipping documents.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued according to the agreed order terms after the returned product is received and inspected.
